Returns & Exchanges

• If you believe that the item in question is damaged, please notify us via email within 24 hrs of having received your order.

• Due to sanitation & health regulations, Enlightened Lashes cannot accept returns on any opened packaged items. 

• Return shipping fees will apply.

• Once your item has been inspected, you will be sent out a new item.

• No refunds on any sales items
   

 PLEASE NOTE:  Orders bought over seven days that are damaged are non-returnable or refundable.

• Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

• Once delivery confirmation becomes available, Enlightened Lashes is no longer liable for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

• It is the purchaser's responsibility to provide an accurate address and contact information. 

• Once you have received your tracking number, any questions regarding shipping can be addressed directly with the delivery company ( Canada Post  1-866-607-6301 )

• You will be  charged 14.99 per parcel sent back to us by Canada Post then we have to pay again 14.99 to resent the parcel to you in the case of you sending a wrong mailing address.

• Enlightened Lashes is proud to present to you our custom line of 100 % Cruelty free Platinum Series lashes.

• Korean handmade P.T. fibers, the closest material to replicating a human lash.

• Each tray has 16 lines of 100 single lashes 1600 lashes total.

• The  .07 trays have 2000 lashes per tray 16 lines. .05 have 2250 lashes per tray.

• The .03 have 2500 lashes per tray

• Enlightened lashes are extremely soft, comfortable, and lightweight.

• Our eyelash wash & conditioner/sealer. are both hypoallergenic, and non irritating to eyes or skin - using no artificial color and made with high quality botanical extracts (derived from all natural and organic based ingredients).

• We provide only clean, fresh and chemical-free products - no sodium lauryl phthalate no parabens, no sulphates, gluten-free, and with no petroleum by-products.

• We do not use GMO's, artificial colors or artificial fragrances of any kind.

• Our products are also 100% vegan - completely cruelty free and have never been tested on animals.

• Our adhesive has 2 months shelf life from the time you purchase bottle.

• Glue should be changed every two months for optimum performance.
